The grapes come from single block areas within a defined area of Auntsfield Estate, hand picked the juice is fermented in French oak barriques (20% new oak).After fermentation the wine is aged in French oak barrels on yeast lees for 10 months.
Complex aromas of ripe tropical fruit, ripe stone fruit and lemon peel with notes of gooseberry and dry herbs and hints of honeycomb and toasted almond.The palate is tight and fresh with a rich and creamy structure and chalky minerality
